You have followed the directions of the monk gave you to the word. As you walk along this forest path, there is the sudden realisation that it is rather well tended for such a remote wood. Presently the path opens into a glade edged by rowan trees. The grass is clipped short with white stone patterns set into it in the strangest of arrangements. In the centre stands a giant oak, its branches so heavy that the outermost ones touch the ground. From between the branches a cowled figure pushes gently through and approaches you. As it nears you, the figure throws back its hood revealing a young Druid carrying the symbol of Druidic Apprenticeship that is being seen once more in the Heartlands.
This symbol, and others of different colours, identify the wearer as a member of the Guild and signifies the protection of the High Druid. The Druid bows and speaks: "Welcome to the Druids Glade, the new home of the Druids in the Heartlands. Please feel free to explore the nearby paths for further insights into Convocation of Druids. Here you will find a brief history of the Druids, a summary of our beliefs and sprites with which to take messages to the High Druid and his assistants. You cannot wander anywhere that you are not permitted to go and the creatures here will not allow you to get lost. If you enjoy your stay here, or wish to join The Order and add to our Knowledge and Wisdom then the High Druid will be most pleased to hear from you via his spirit minions" The Glade has many paths leading from it into the forest; the Apprentice informs you what lies down each path.
